About MammothMammoth Equipment & Exhaust is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence across Colorado's mining, heavy equipment, and industrial sectors. This is a field-based role where success comes from building relationships, understanding customer operations, and delivering practical solutions that keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You'll DoAs the Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and growing your assigned territory while becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
Territory Development & Sales- Visit mine sites, heavy equipment contractors, fabrication shops, industrial facilities, and service providers throughout your territory.
- Prospect for new business through regular face-to-face customer visits.
- Build long‑term relationships with maintenance supervisors, planners, fleet managers, purchasing teams, and site leadership.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate Mammoth solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with our Inside Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Close new business while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer activity, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide basic technical guidance and product recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure customers receive the right solution.
- Follow up after the sale to maintain strong customer relationships and identify additional opportunities.
- Complete required mine site orientations, inductions, and safety training.
- Participate in site visits while following all customer safety requirements and PPE standards.
- Assist with site assessments and measurements alongside Field Service Technicians when required.
From time to time, you may assist with product support or installation activities when Field Service resources are unavailable. Any field work will be completed safely and with the support of our technical team.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
- Minimum two years of outside B2B sales experience in industrial, mining, heavy equipment, manufacturing, construction, or another technical industry.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage existing accounts.
- Comfortable working on mine sites and industrial facilities while following safety procedures.
- Strong organizational and territory management skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude.
- Experience with diesel engines, exhaust systems, fabrication, heavy equipment, or industrial products.
- Experience selling into mine sites, contractors, or industrial service organizations.
