Position: Apartment Leasing Agent Saturday - Tuesday

This role will provide you with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face-to-face sales out in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities Lease apartments – showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.

Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.

Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.

Report prospect and pricing feedback.

Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.

Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.

Provide yearly scorecards for each building.

Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years customer service experience required2+ years sales or leasing experience preferredCRM experience preferred

Valid driver's license required

Work independently to achieve goals

Organized and Professional Baseline knowledge of Denver neighborhoods

Compensation Package $55,000 - $65,000 estimated annual income (including commissions and bonus)2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Medical, Dental, Vision (90% paid by Cornerstone), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Life Insurance Company Cell Phone Company vehicle

Working Conditions Full time Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Position spends time within the office and field.
