We are looking to hire an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to residential general contractors and builders.
Responsibilities- Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.
- Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software.
- Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
- Build solid, long‑lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Two (2) years of outside selling experience to general contractors and builders.
- Mechanical aptitude (experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have excellent organizational, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
$60,409 – $90,613 USD
