We are looking to hire an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to residential general contractors and builders.

Responsibilities
  • Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.
  • Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software.
  • Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
  • Build solid, long‑lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of outside selling experience to general contractors and builders.
  • Mechanical aptitude (experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Pay Range

$60,409 – $90,613 USD
