Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Industry: Industrial Conveyor Equipment

- In-depth knowledge of Industrial Conveyors, Parts & Belts
- Must be a self‑starter, little to no management required
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Make 50‑75 cold calls per day
- Work closely with engineering and outside sales
- Ability to read engineering files (Solid Works and AutoCAD)
- Call facility and maintenance personnel
- 3‑year track record of hitting or exceeding sales quota
- Cold call and drive net new business
- Develop and incorporate unique sales strategies to increase customer engagement
- Work closely with component suppliers and build strong relationships
- Deliver top‑notch customer service
- Handle field measurements for replacement conveyor belts, parts, recycling systems, or conveyor replacements
- Help customers get correct measurements for sprockets, shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys (with and without lagging), safety equipment
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to team members to enhance product line
- Team player looking for the greater good of the team
- Able to present complex projects to executive groups and close opportunities that may exceed $1MM
- Cold call and develop new customer base from scratch (50‑75 calls per day)
- Use internal CRM / ERP platform
- Meet or exceed quote for your territory (Net New Business & Existing)
- Sell winged tail pulleys, crowned and lagged pulleys, return idlers, inset idlers, steel belts, motors, rollers, chain and more
