Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, confidently presenting our company and products to potential customers.
- Attract new opportunities through creative initiatives and best efforts.
- Focus on building long‑term client relationships beyond project completion.
- Negotiate multi‑year support agreements and maintain robust professional relationships of trust.
- Build strong industry partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve long‑term success.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
