Headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina, Vanta is expanding and actively seeking high‑performing sales professionals.

• Call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products:
  Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, among others.
• Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions to support clinical and operational needs.
• Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that meets or exceeds targeted goals.
• Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management to continuously improve performance.
• Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred, high school diploma required.
• Familiarity with specialties such as Senior Care/LTC, Wound Care, Urology, Podiatry, Dermatology, and Internal Medicine settings.
• Minimum of 6+ months of diagnostics sales experience to providers.
• Proven ability to self‑source leads and close new business.
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role.
• Strong long‑term relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record compliant with company and insurance standards.
• Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
• Required residence in the territory geography where we are hiring.
• Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with uncapped quarterly bonus. First‑year on‑target earnings: $130,000–$150,000 (uncapped). Second‑year on‑target earnings: $150,000+ (uncapped). The company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. Pay range may vary by location.
