Position: Telemarketing Capital Raise For Royal Construction Project

Position Overview

Royal Construction Project is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Telemarketing Capital Raise Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential investors, presenting project details, and securing capital commitments for construction initiatives. This role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and a professional approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective investors and stakeholders.
  • Present the Royal Construction Project's objectives, value proposition, and financial requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Build rapport and develop trust with prospective investors through effective communication.
  • Identify investor interests, needs, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain records of all investor interactions and follow-up activities in accordance with compliance guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly capital raise targets and metrics.
  • Coordinate with the project management and finance teams to ensure accurate information dissemination.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telemarketing, fundraising, capital raising, or sales roles.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Understanding of investment and fundraising principles.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet capital raising or sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of capital markets and investor relations.
  • Certification in fundraising, finance, or sales (e.g., CFRE, Series
    7).
