While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards. Alpha is constructing one of the most forward‑thinking school models globally. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology‑driven instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely progress faster than national averages, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons become opportunities for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical competency development.
The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on selecting the right families. That is your responsibility.
You will oversee the complete admissions process for a campus, beginning with initial applications and concluding with confirmed enrollment. This is not a handoff position. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices stem from appropriate motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against admission when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not enrollment maximization.
The objective is proper alignment.
We welcome applicants from elite service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, high‑end hospitality, executive coordination, premium membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen valuable client relationships from beginning to end. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, multi‑phase process with discernment, transparency, and accountability. If your professional experience centers on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experiential quality establish the brand identity, this position will resonate.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Oversee the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial engagement through final onboarding.
- Facilitate assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.

- Orchestrate campus visits, student shadow days, and decision‑oriented meetings that articulate results, standards, and the model's ideal audience.

- Employing transactional or aggressive sales methodologies.
- Accepting families with poor alignment solely to reach enrollment targets.
- Oversee a sizable team or work through complex approval hierarchies.
- Transfer responsibility for the family experience across multiple functions.
