Account Executive

We are looking for a driven Account Executive who is hungry to grow with a company that is scaling quickly. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role — we want someone with energy, confidence, urgency, and a true fire in the belly.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors and wholesalers
• Make outbound calls and follow up with warm opportunities
• Help educate clients on transactional funding solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
• Track pipeline activity and maintain consistent communication
• Help grow the brand through strong customer service and relationship building
• Be boots on the ground and willing to do what it takes to help grow the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high call volume
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Confident, energetic, and growth-oriented
• Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• Sales experience is a plus, but mindset and work ethic matter most
• Base Salary starting at $45,000
• Bonuses + commission structure with expected on-target earnings of $80,000–$110,000+
