Infosys is seeking a Client Partner for its Travel
vertical
. The person will lead all the client interfaces within the assigned account along with the group managers to build the account plan and will be responsible for client management based on the account plan.

Responsibilities
  • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle:
    Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
  • Client relationship management – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs and CXO
    -1, within client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the client
  • Selling concepts to the client and influencing the client to award business based on capability and track record in similar situations
  • Research market trends in the aviation industry/domain and develop proposals to solve client problems.
  • Conduct research as well as competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favorable outcomes
  • Review sales plan, pursuit plan / business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement
  • Expert knowledge of MSA / Other contract process & standards and understand the nuances of MSAs and interdependencies to other business aspects
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and MSA negotiations with the client
  • Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendors, hyperscalers, and travel/aviation domain related product companies.
  • Provide thought leadership to presales/delivery/engineering/domain teams to create solutions and incubate new ideas.
  • Ensure hygiene is maintained on account operations
  • Create proposals and solutions in line with requirements in the RFPs shared by the clients
  • Proactively take Infosys offerings to the prospects in the industry
  • Collaboratively work with delivery organization on staffing, handling any delivery related issues to prevent escalations
Qualifications
  • Track-record of successfully hunting or farming business solutions and client management in customer in Aviation division. Experience in Travel or Airline domain is highly recommended.
  • Strong Business Development (Framing current accounts) / Relationship management / Account management is required
  • Strong Account Management experience where you have grown existing accounts.
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C / C-1 level client contacts.
  • Reasonable understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT service industry.
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams’ desirable.
  • Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience, including AI.
