As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You’ll also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in.

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They greet teammates with a warm hello, help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers, review their sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
• On the floor, focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
• Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong - share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, end with a sincere thank-you, and use the customer’s name.
• Support each other with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve our customers and communities.
• Strive for continuous improvement, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture, can adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and with strong team dynamics.
• Can handle electronic devices with no problem.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
