About the RoleLead sales and marketing efforts across multiple markets, develop and implement the company’s strategic sales plan, and manage revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, market analysis, and partnership management.
How you’ll make a difference- Manage multiple markets (AZ, NV, NM, MT, CO), lead sales teams, and oversee distribution partner relationships.
- Own the full annual operating plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue achievement.
- Develop differentiated market strategies, support product launches, and recommend growth initiatives.
- Maintain competitive intelligence, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Build relationships with key accounts and lead teams to exceed revenue goals.
- Travel 50% of the time; based in Denver, Colorado.
Supervisory responsibility: directly manages, hires, and fires employees within the sales department.
Education and Experience- 3+ years of people‑management experience with high‑performing vendor partner teams.
- Knowledge of premium product sales, data systems, and CPG analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Based in Denver, Colorado.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and related brands.
- Persuasive sales ability and strategic positioning.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in KPI and sales metrics tools.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends and evenings.
- Annual compensation $130,000 – $175,000, plus potential bonuses.

Field‑heavy role involving travel to dispensaries, events, and promotional sites. Requires driving, carrying equipment up to 35 pounds, and spending up to 4 hours standing or talking. 80% of the position is in the field.
