Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.30*

Under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager, the Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, building sales volume for individual and vendor lines, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with team members, and managing a clean, merchandised counter while closing retail sales. The role also involves in‑house training, pre‑booked facial consultation events, and personal clienteling through the Neiman Marcus system.

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank).
• Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by building excellent client relationships as the brand expert.
• Act as a liaison between Neiman Marcus and the designated Account Executive.
• Record and maintain client information using Neiman Marcus’s online clienteling tool.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow‑up.
• Maintain counter standards to ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
• Successfully met or exceeded sales quota in prior roles.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Neiman Marcus.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and a positive work attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently to drive business.
• Sound business judgment and organizational skills.
• Professional make‑up and treatment consultation and application skills.

The salary range may be adjusted based on market, experience, and qualifications.
