Responsibilities

Your Role: As an Account Representative, you will be an essential part of our daily operations. Your ability to engage in thoughtful dialogue and ask insightful discovery questions will help us tailor insurance solutions that truly fit each customer's unique situation. You will:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships within our community.
  • Conduct value-based conversations that identify customer needs with authenticity and integrity.
  • Proactively introduce relevant insurance and financial products, pivoting naturally based on customer priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership by asking thoughtful questions to deepen your understanding and improve customer experience.
  • Uphold our agency’s commitment to a professional, safe, supportive, and community-focused environment.
Who You Are

  • Seeking a full time, in office position
  • Willling to obtain your insurance licenses in Property/Casualty and Financial Services/Life Services
  • Demonstrates the ability to consistently follow established office processes with precision
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
