As a Sales Associate, you are the first face of the brand for growing families. You greet customers, congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our baby essentials, help them prepare for their first day of school, and celebrate the big and little moments of their parenting journey.

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues and manage a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel transactions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale / register transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

• Positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated customer‑service and engagement skills.
• Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Lifting up to 40 pounds with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Standing or walking for extended periods; climbing up and down a ladder.
• Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
