Overview

We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative to help shape the future of customer connections  this role, you’ll identify and engage potential customers, opening doors that drive meaningful business growth. You will collaborate with a high‑performing sales team, learn from experienced mentors, and play a key role in expanding Zoom’s global reach. This role is ideal for someone who loves learning, finds motivation in meaningful connections, and takes pride in helping customers achieve real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and prioritize accounts that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, social engagement, and personalized video messages.
  • Create thoughtful, tailored messaging that resonates with decision‑makers and sparks genuine conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified opportunities and meet quarterly goals.
  • Engage with C‑level executives and senior leaders to uncover their business challenges and explore how Zoom can help.
  • Experiment with new outreach strategies—creativity is encouraged!

Compensation

Base salary: $27.16 – $50.91 per hour, plus Equity. Total Direct Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. Pay is commensurate with qualifications & experience.
