We are currently recruiting a dynamic Sales Engineering Trainee with a tremendous amount of energy, passion, and motivation. In this role, you will undergo an extensive, in-depth 6‑month training program focusing on bearing products, applications, selling methods, and effective communication techniques to meet customer needs. The training is located at our corporate headquarters in Oxford, CT, and includes visits to several divisions across the United States.

After successfully completing the training program, you will receive a sales territory and home base. Your responsibilities will include selling our products directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and industrial distributors, traveling within your territory approximately 50 % of the time, and building strong customer relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Technical Sales experience and formal sales training is preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management.
• Strong work ethic.
