Are you an experienced Sales Representative with petrochemical industry knowledge looking to earn uncapped commission, gain industry training and progress long term into senior management? On offer is a fast‑paced position where you can maximize earnings with uncapped commission, gain hands‑on training with experienced managers, and contribute to a growing company.
This well‑established petrochemical and lubricants provider operates throughout the country, driving for continuous growth. The organization utilizes state‑of‑the‑art equipment, while prioritising staff training to enhance elite performance and maintain their industry dominance.
You will conduct business‑to‑business sales, including cold outreach to prospective clients and earn commission from your sales, with some reps earning up to $600,000 per year. The role includes a monthly contribution towards vehicle allowance, autonomy, and a pathway to senior managerial roles.
The Role- Conducting sales through visiting customer and client sites
- Uncapped commission with a high OTE (up to $600,000)
- 6‑month internal training program
- Experience in sales
- Strong technical understanding of petrochemicals and the distribution industry
