Role Description
Inno Fin is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Account Executive to originate, develop, and close new consulting-services opportunities. This individual will own the sales process from initial prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
The Account Executive will work directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders across finance, information technology, human resources, and operations. The role will collaborate closely with Inno Fin leadership, solution architects, and delivery leads to expand Inno Fin’s public-sector customer base, develop new commercial accounts, and identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
This is an individual-contributor sales role accountable for achieving annual bookings and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory and account plan that generates qualified pipeline and new revenue.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Oracle Cloud EPM implementation, advisory, optimization, and managed services.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, presentations, pricing, negotiation, and contract close.
- Build trusted relationships with CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and senior finance, technology, human resources, and operations leaders.
- Develop net-new public-sector and commercial customers while identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with Oracle sales teams, alliance partners, and other members of the Oracle ecosystem.
- Coordinate with solution architects and delivery leaders to develop compelling, achievable, and appropriately scoped client solutions.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, activity, and forecast information in Inno Fin’s CRM system.
- Provide timely and reliable sales forecasts to Inno Fin leadership.
- Meet or exceed annual bookings, revenue, pipeline, and other assigned sales objectives.
- Support account-based marketing, industry outreach, events, campaigns, and other lead-generation initiatives.
- Represent Inno Fin at client meetings, Oracle events, conferences, and industry functions.
- Travel up to 50% based on client and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of successful enterprise consulting or professional-services sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience selling Oracle Cloud EPM implementation, advisory, optimization, or managed services.
- Proven record of independently sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing complex consulting engagements.
- Experience selling to C-suite executives and senior finance and technology leaders.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical, functional, delivery, contracting, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established relationships within the Oracle sales and partner ecosystem.
- Experience selling into state and local government, education, or other public-sector organizations.
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes, cooperative purchasing vehicles, requests for proposals, and contracting requirements.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: public sector, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, healthcare, high technology, or financial services.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM applications, business use cases, implementation approaches, and competitive positioning.
