R&I Primary Care District Sales Manager- Denver, CO

Overview

We are a District Sales Manager for R&I Primary Care Team, responsible for channeling scientific capabilities to improve patient outcomes.

• Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists (PSS) to achieve performance objectives, including field day requirements and effective coaching.
• Develop people, drive business by observing PSS interactions with key customers and providing mentorship.
• Act as role model and liaison, encouraging dedication, trust, teamwork, and motivation within the work unit and cross‑functional teams.
• Actively seek to discover and meet the needs of internal and external customers, building relationships, identifying strategic business opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions.
• Lead multiple priorities and resources related to individual and group efforts, taking ownership to redirect work for high efficiency and quality.
• Demonstrate strong business ethics, understand basic business principles, and interpret available resources to make sound business decisions that help achieve standards of business excellence.

• 3+ years of demonstrated Sales, B2B, or Commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry.
• Proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience.
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

• 3+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales Leadership experience.
• Exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Sales Operations, Managed Care, and Marketing.
