Team Lead, Direct Sales

• Guide your team to develop new business consistently at or above your quota via coaching and training
• Actively monitor and audit agent pipelines to ensure consistent cadence
• Using data to find areas of opportunity within the sales funnel to drive increased performance
• Facilitate consistent 1x1 with agents, and trainings when needed
• Manage competing priorities in a high volume transaction environment

• 5 or more years of experience of proven sales experience
• 1 or more years of prior management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Demonstrates strong leadership and management capabilities in driving sales performance, with a focus on coaching, training, and effective communication. Proven ability to analyze data for performance improvement while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
