Sales Development Representative- Outbound

Outbound SDR

As an Outbound SDR, you'll be a proactive hunter, identifying and engaging new prospects at leading gyms, health clubs, and fitness operators. Your role is to open doors, build interest, and create a pipeline for our Sales Executives. You'll be the tip of the spear driving EGYM's expansion in key markets.

Your Daily Workout:

• Prospecting:
  You will research and identify target accounts in assigned territories
• Outreach:
  You will use multi-channel outreach (calls, email, Linked In, events) to generate new opportunities
• Personalization:
  You will personalize messaging to resonate with high-achieving club operators
• Qualification:
  
  You will qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
• Reporting:
  You will track and report on outreach activity and pipeline contribution in CRM
• Collaboration:
  
  You will partner with marketing on account-based campaigns and event follow-up

Your Fitness Level:

• You have 1+ year experience in a sales or customer-facing role (fitness/tech a plus)
• You have strong communication and active listening skills
• You are a quick thinker with ability to handle multiple inquiries at once
• You maintain curiosity and a genuine interest in helping fitness operators succeed
• You are self-motivated with a team-first attitude
• You are located in one of the following states
  - Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan.
• You have a valid passport and drivers license
• You have the ability to travel up to 15% of your time.

Your Training Equipment:

• You will earn an annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000 plus variable compensation
