Role Description The Regional Sales Support Manager is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for supporting sales initiatives across multiple limited service hotel properties. This role coordinates sales operations activities, including preparing proposals, tracking leads, maintaining CRM data, and generating sales performance reports. The Regional Sales Support Manager collaborates with property-level sales teams and corporate leadership to implement sales strategies, ensure consistent customer service standards, and optimize revenue opportunities.
Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, supporting site visits, assisting with contract administration, and providing analytical insights on market trends and competitive performance. The role also involves cross-functional communication with operations and marketing to align sales efforts with overall hotel objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including experience supporting regional or multi-property sales teams.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships in a hospitality environment.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal coordination and external client interactions.
- Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality sales support, revenue management, or account coordination.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
