Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts with small and medium sized businesses
• Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Sell products, services, and solutions by demonstrating the value of T-Mobile products
• Tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business
• Participate in product training and sales meetings
• Utilize sales force automation and report on sales activities and forecasts

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
• Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Demonstrates expertise in new customer acquisition and B2B sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas through effective prospecting and relationship-building. Proficient in utilizing sales force automation tools to track sales activities and forecasts.
