Associate Broker

Atlas Business Brokers is a full service business brokerage firm specializing in the sale of privately held businesses across a wide range of industries. Atlas Business Brokers is seeking motivated Broker Associates to join our growing team. This role combines business brokerage and real estate brokerage, working with owners to sell operating businesses including restaurants, service companies, retail, manufacturing, franchises, and more. Broker Associates manage transactions from valuation through closing while building strong relationships with business owners, buyers, attorneys, and lenders.

Broker Associates will source and list businesses for sale, conduct evaluations, market listings confidentially, qualify buyers, manage negotiations, coordinate due diligence, and assist clients through closing. This role requires strong communication, organization, and sales skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

A Colorado real estate license is required or the ability to obtain one. Business brokerage or commercial real estate experience is a strong plus. Sales, consulting, financial, or entrepreneurial backgrounds are highly valued. Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not requied. Candidates must be self motivated, ethical, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a commission based environment.
