• Strong verbal skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, attention to detail and process are essential.

• Want to build a career in sales and be responsible for growing a business.
• Hub Spot CRM experience and/or a SaaS background are beneficial (although not necessary).
• All of our sales team were new to sales and had no industry experience – it’s mostly about attitude and people skills.

• First 12‑18 months: learn our ticketing platform, make outbound calls and emails, sit in on sales demos, learn onboarding new clients; become an expert on ticketing, sales, CRMs, platform, and industry verticals.
• 18+ months: choose to manage a team, move into senior sales, account management, product, operations, or another path depending on competency and interests.
• Years 3+: take regional or country leadership roles; example:
  James Humpherson now General Manager.

• OTE of $75,000+
• Base salary $50,000
