• Demonstrate a passion for YETI’s brand and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service reflective of the YETI brand.
• Engage with customers and share product features to help each customer find the right YETI product for their needs.
• Operate with a high degree of initiative and excel in a team environment.
• Communicate positively and effectively with customers and teammates.

• High school diploma and/or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer‑centric environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.

• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week.
• Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without employer sponsorship.
