As an HR Consultant, you will drive people operations for designated small business clients on behalf of Gusto. You will excel in dynamic and challenging environments, applying your passion for developing and refining processes and practices. You will be skilled at leveraging cutting‑edge technology and systems to drive efficiency within the organization you support.

• Physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees based in those locations are expected to work from the office 2-3 days per week, or more depending on the role.
• Hybrid employees must maintain a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection on non‑office days.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done  team members are expected to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.
