Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver value added solutions
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven negotiation skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
