Neurocare Sales Specialist
The Neuro Care Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. This role offers the rare opportunity to help launch a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome and introduce an innovative new mechanism of action that may address a significant unmet need for patients and caregivers.
As a founding member of a newly established sales organization, the individual will play a pivotal role in shaping market adoption, building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders, and helping establish Teva's presence in a new therapeutic market. Leveraging a deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, this sales leader develops and executes comprehensive territory strategies while serving as a valued partner to cross-functional teams.
Demonstrating a strong Teva-first mindset, the successful candidate balances individual achievement with organizational success and consistently delivers exceptional results through strategic thinking, sound judgment, and high-impact execution.
Essential areas of responsibility include building rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts, providing healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers, consulting with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to appropriately promote product and provide product and patient education, strategically managing and growing relationships with key accounts, regularly reviewing and analyzing all available sales data to create effective territory plans, maintaining a competitive edge by effectively addressing external market challenges, proactively working with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise, maintaining a call average as outlined in the sales plan, taking calculated risks and applying problem-solving techniques to improve performance, adhering to Teva's compliance policies and guidelines, and achieving all sales performance goals.
Ideal candidates will be based in or near Denver, Colorado Springs, or Boulder. Further details regarding territory alignment and coverage will be discussed during the interview process. Please note that territory boundaries may be adjusted over time to meet business requirements.
Salary range for this position is between $88,000 – $160,000 annually. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan.
