Entry Level Account Executive

Looking for a sales career where your effort directly impacts your growth and earnings? Brooksource is hiring an Entry Level Account Executive to build relationships with leading organizations and help solve meaningful business and technology challenges.

You will receive structured sales training, hands-on mentorship, and early exposure to clients and business leaders. Prior staffing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and excited to build a long-term career in sales.

• Build relationships with business and technology leaders through calls, emails, Linked In outreach, networking, and client meetings
• Learn a consultative sales approach and lead discovery conversations to understand each client’s goals and challenges
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through closing, account growth, and ongoing relationship management
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to connect clients with the right talent and consulting solutions
• Grow accounts, track activity, follow through on commitments, and consistently work toward individual and team goals

• Coachable, curious, and willing to ask questions and apply feedback
• Resilient and comfortable staying positive through rejection and setbacks
  
  Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a team

Helpful, but not required:
Sales or customer-facing experience, an internship, leadership in a campus organization, athletics, fundraising, or experience in another goal-driven environment.
