Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to:

Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls, resolving issues, entering orders, and following up with customers.

Maximize customer contact by converting product inquiries into sales, and suggesting accessories or replacement items.

Prepare bids and quotations as needed, and perform follow-up activities.

Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the ACS system.

Coordinate with Outside Sales to ensure excellent account management and customer service.

Support sales and marketing initiatives.

Stay current on our products through training and self-education.

Maintain and update customer database.

Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and guide customers toward commitment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
Persuasive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and able to type at least 40 WPM.
