At Delta Improvements Marketing, we specialize in direct marketing, ensuring excellent customer service to meet our clients' needs. Our Sales Representatives work face-to-face with customers to represent and market products, creating personalized connections in Denver and nearby markets.

As a Sales Representative, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing team, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our company. In our entry-level role, we focus on customer service, sales and marketing strategies, and business skills to achieve and exceed weekly sales goals. Ideal for those aiming to kickstart their career in business, marketing, and sales in a goal-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn our client campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service and generate leads
• Communicate with coworkers and upper-level management
• Thoroughly answer customer questions
• Track personal and team sales numbers

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing (preferred)

This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All sales representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
