Territory Manager Sales Representative

Waste Connections is seeking a Territory Manager Sales Representative to drive growth in our Transportation & Warehousing waste services market. In this role, you will manage a defined territory, prospect and close new commercial and industrial accounts, and grow existing relationships. You will assess customer waste, recycling, and disposal needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing within company guidelines. Partner closely with operations to ensure safe, reliable service.

Track leads, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM while representing our safety-focused, environmentally responsible brand in the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined sales territory for waste and recycling services
• Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial and industrial accounts
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Conduct site visits to assess waste, recycling, and disposal needs
• Prepare proposals, bids, and service agreements; negotiate pricing
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe, reliable service delivery
• Track pipeline, activities, and results in CRM and report on performance
• Meet or exceed sales targets and margin goals
• Represent Waste Connections in the community and at industry events
• Uphold company standards for safety, ethics, and environmental stewardship
