Customer Account Manager

Tru Stile Doors LLC, a leader in premium interior and exterior architectural doors, is seeking an Inside Customer Account Manager to support and grow key dealer and distributor relationships. Based in Henderson, Colorado, this role manages day-to-day account needs, processes quotes and orders, and coordinates with production and logistics to ensure on-time, accurate delivery. You'll act as a primary contact for customers, resolving issues, providing product expertise, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned inside customer accounts for Tru
• Stile's door products
• Serve as primary point of contact for dealers and distributors, providing responsive support
• Process quotes, orders, and changes accurately within ERP/CRM systems
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Analyze account activity and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Resolve issues related to specifications, lead times, and quality with a customer-first mindset
• Maintain detailed account records, forecasts, and pipeline reports
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on custom and architectural door solutions
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to communicate customer requirements
• Contribute feedback to improve customer experience, processes, and service quality
