This is a performance-driven sales role where your income reflects your ability to sell. Rental Sales Agents earn a base wage plus uncapped commission. The more you sell, the more you earn.

This role is non-exempt and pays $19.29 Employees have access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including prescription savings, along with a 401 (k) retirement plan.

The role includes paid holidays and an accrued vacation program, and employees may also be eligible for a range of paid and unpaid leave benefits, including sick leave, medical leave, family care leave, military leave, bereavement leave, and other legally required leave, with specific accrual rates and entitlements varying based on hours worked, length of service, and work location.
