Intellistack is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of customers, guiding them to realize maximum value from our no-code platform. You’ll lead onboarding, adoption, and strategic reviews to ensure success and identify expansion opportunities.
You’ll partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to educate customers on resources, manage renewals, and maintain accurate activity data in Salesforce. Travel may be required.
