Your main responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership
  - Develop and execute the Area large project sales strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Sales Management & Performance
  - Set performance targets, establish KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of the sales process.
• Customer & Market Engagement
  - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, consultants, general contractors, and property owners.
• Cross Functional Partnership
  - Work closely with Operations, Field, Engineering, and Finance to ensure proposals are executable, profitable, and aligned with capacity.

What you bring:

• Education:
  
  BA/BS in Business / Management / Marketing / Sales, or other related field
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in Functional field sales
• Sales leadership experience preferred
• Additional:
  Strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

The expected salary range for this position ranges by location:

• Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Sacramento, San Francisco & Seattle: $142,800 - $178,600
• Spokane, Portland, Boise, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas: $128,700 - $160,900
