Role DescriptionThe Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring that services and solutions align with client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project deliverables, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and addressing client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and support revenue growth initiatives for each account. This role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, participating in client meetings, and proactively identifying areas to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience in account management, client services, or customer success, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort working with data, CRM platforms, and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs, address issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in revenue operations, sales support, or consulting is beneficial, along with familiarity with modern sales and marketing practices.
