Personal Banker

• Build customer relationships and recommend and sell products and services
• Identify customer needs and offer financial solutions
• Convert transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses for workplace banking, and developing referral networks
• Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities
• Perform transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation according to industry and legal standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales, or relevant experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
• Ability to ask personalized questions and identify customer needs
• Product knowledge and conversation skills
• Compelling communication and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to achieve daily key performance metrics
