The RoleAs our E-commerce & Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be the operational hub connecting consumers, dealers, distributors, independent sales reps, fulfillment partners, and our international teams. Day to day, you'll focus primarily on customer and order support, taking on more sales-operations responsibility as you learn the business and it continues to scale. It's a hands‑on, high‑ownership position where you'll wear multiple hats across customer service, e-commerce, and sales operations, and no two days will look exactly alike.
Whatto Expect
- A hands‑on onboarding: you'll learn our product lineup inside out and get comfortable with the tools you'll use every day, including Shopify, Salesforce, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Real ownership, quickly: as you find your feet, you'll take the lead on customer and order support across our U.S. and Canadian channels, becoming the person customers and colleagues rely on.
- Room to grow: as you've mastered the day-to-day, you'll take on more sales‑operations work, from lead routing to dealer and distributor support, and help shape how we run as we scale.
- Deliver best‑in‑class support to B2C and B2B customers across the U.S. and Canada, answering product, order, shipping, returns, and warranty questions with speed and care.
- Handle incoming customer calls, answer questions professionally and ensure timely follow‑up
- Manage and process orders in Shopify, and help maintain our online store and Amazon storefront.
- Keep product listings, customer records, and digital content accurate, current, and on‑brand.
- Capture inbound sales leads in Salesforce, route them to the right owner, and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Support dealers, distributors, and independent sales reps with pricing, availability, quotes, and order status.
- Partner with our warehouse, 3PL, and logistics providers to resolve fulfillment and delivery issues.
- Surface recurring customer questions and market feedback to management and our international teams.
- Support promotions, product launches, trade shows, and customer events.
- 1–3 years in customer service, e‑commerce, sales support, inside sales, or a comparable customer‑facing role.
- A genuine drive to help customers, find practical solutions, and communicate clearly.
- Strong organization and follow‑through. You track the details and close every open loop.
- Confidence working with digital tools and a knack for picking up new systems quickly.
- You've worked hands‑on with Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or comparable platforms.
- You've supported B2B customers, dealers, distributors, or independent sales reps.
