Company OverviewAmerican Bath Group is a leading North American manufacturer of bathware products serving residential, multifamily, commercial, and institutional markets. Within ABG, Molded Products brings together the Swan and Florestone brands and serves the wholesale building-products channel through plumbing distributors, contractors, builders, and independent sales representatives.
The business operates in a multi-party sales environment. Transactions typically move through wholesale distribution, while demand is influenced by contractors, builders, specification resources, and local sales partners.
The OpportunityThe Rockies / Midwest Region is a broad, commercially meaningful territory spanning eleven states. The Regional Sales Director will establish clear regional ownership while building a stronger agency-led growth engine across the market.
The opportunity goes beyond protecting an existing business. The director will be responsible for growing priority accounts and pipeline, strengthening sales-partner execution, expanding stocking distribution, supporting new-product commercialization, and building contractor-driven specification opportunities.
Because the region is geographically dispersed, the role requires a leader who can quickly determine where to spend personal time, where to create local accountability, and how to maintain commercial momentum across multiple markets simultaneously.
Success in Year OneBy the end of the first year, the territory should be delivering planned year-over-year growth with clear regional ownership and stronger execution through its sales partners.
Priority accounts should be actively managed across the market. Job and quote opportunities should be growing and converting more effectively. Priority Swan products should be gaining stocking distribution in major markets, while Florestone should be benefiting from stronger contractor and specification-driven activity.
Success will also be visible in how the region operates: representatives should understand where to focus, local champions should be creating opportunities, and commercial activity should remain productive even when the Regional Sales Director is not personally present.
The MandateReestablish clear commercial leadership and build a productive, repeatable agency-led sales engine across the Rockies / Midwest Region through target-account discipline, stronger job and quote conversion, priority new-product commercialization, stocking distribution, and contractor-driven Florestone specification wins.
The role combines immediate regional ownership with longer-term commercial building. The director must establish priorities and continuity quickly without falling into a maintenance mindset.
The goal is a regional system that creates growth through capable local sales partners rather than a territory dependent on one individual salesperson.

The geographic scope is substantial. The director cannot succeed by personally touching every account or opportunity and must…
