You're not selling software. You're not cold-calling strangers. You're on a video call with a couple who just got engaged, helping them plan a ceremony at an alpine lake with the mountains behind them. When they book, you'll hear "you just made our dream real" on a regular basis.

Every call is sixty minutes with a couple who reached out to us first - no cold outreach or prospecting. Two people on screen who want to say yes and need help getting there. You'll walk into a proven call structure, objection frameworks and strong examples that do the heavy lifting. You will receive training on the techniques that consistently produce high conversion rates and extremely happy couples.

The hours are flexible, though you'll need at least two evenings and one weekend day available each week for calls since that's when couples are usually both free to say yes.

• On-target earnings ~$85,000/year; $58,000 base salary and high performers can earn $100,000-$115,000+

• You've carried a quota for at least two years in a consultative sales role, with a track record to back it up.
• You're comfortable navigating emotionally charged conversations where partners, parents and budget concerns are all in play.
• You can come into our Denver office 2-3x per week during training and onboarding, then move to twice a month.
• Wedding-industry background is a plus.
