Customer Service Representative

• Provide effective customer service to internal and external customers using in-depth knowledge of C.H.I. products and programs
• Communicate effectively with teammates in multiple departments
• Provide timely and accurate information on incoming customer order status
• Provide accurate information for product knowledge requests
• Process or prepare customer quotes, orders, changes, and returns according to department policies and procedures
• Organize and track paperwork tied to customer orders
• Work closely with accounting to resolve disputed credit items
• Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
• Perform other reasonably related duties assigned by supervisors
• Travel to C.H.I. Overhead Doors' headquarters in Arthur, Illinois for onboarding and training

• 5 years experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales
• Education in a related field will be considered as experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Experience with CRM systems and online communication platforms
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is desirable

Demonstrates expertise in customer service and inside sales, with a strong focus on effective communication, organization, and collaboration. Proficient in CRM systems and knowledgeable in sales and marketing principles to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
