About This RoleWe are seeking a sales-oriented Solutions Consultant to champion our newer Rooms offering and established Localist Events platform, accelerate deals, and help Account Executives win. You’ll support discovery calls, deliver compelling demos, and lead AE training for both products. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Sales and supports our selling teams without owning pipeline or closing.
Core Responsibilities- Full-cycle support (prospect > close):
At the direction of Sales Leadership, engage across all funnel phases to create momentum—light prospecting into new personas/segments, partnering with AEs to advance evaluations, and supporting closing activities (stakeholder mapping, value validation, proposal support). - Sales engineering on live opportunities:
Partner with AEs to conduct tailored discovery, articulate value, and deliver crisp demos for Rooms (primary) and Localist (secondary). - Deal acceleration:
Identify required stakeholders (e.g., operations, events, facilities, IT/business owners) and help AEs multi‑thread to progress deals through evaluations and approvals. - Demo excellence:
Maintain and continually improve demo scripts, talk tracks, objection‑handling, and FAQs; ensure AEs can confidently run winning Rooms demos. - AI fluency:
Use AI to improve productivity and accelerate sales support - Content & collateral:
Build/update decks, one‑pagers, talk tracks, and light proposal language that reinforce business outcomes for Rooms and Localist use cases. - AE onboarding:
Own product training plans, sessions, and materials for new AEs, averaging ~10 hours per quarter. - Process & hygiene:
Document discovery notes, next steps, and stakeholder maps; keep CRM entries accurate to support forecasting and handoffs to Client Success. - Special projects (as needed):
From time to time, support targeted experiments (e.g., new segments/messaging) in partnership with Sales Leadership - GTM Improvement & Feedback Loop:
Work on the business, not only in it—spot patterns across calls/deals, propose experiments, codify repeatable plays, refine ICP/personas and talk tracks, and feed structured insights to Product and Sales Leadership as the Rooms offering evolves.
- Customer evangelism:
Represent Concept3D at industry events as a product and domain expert, partnering with Marketing on content and messaging. - Customer engagement:
Build customer and prospect relationships, lead initiatives such as the Customer Insights Panel, and bring customer feedback into internal decisions.
