roofing and decking

We are looking for people who can work Thursday - Sunday.
What You’ll Be Doing- Engage & Connect:Be the face of our brand at retail locations—spark conversations, build rapport, and introduce customers to our services
- Drive Results:Capture and track leads with precision, turning everyday conversations into exciting sales opportunities and real impact for the business.
- Own the
Experience:
Take pride in creating an eye-catching, professional kiosk display—from setup to breakdown—making every interaction inviting and memorable.
- Strong Interpersonal
Skills:
Must be outgoing and enjoy interacting with a diverse array of customers daily. - Resilience:A positive attitude towards customer rejections and the drive to continuously engage new prospects.
- Vehicle Ownership:Must own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license to travel between locations as needed.
- Flexibility:Ability to work a varied schedule including early mornings and late nights
- Physical Demand:Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Background Check:Your background check requires no felonies within seven (7) years.
- Uncapped Earning Potential:Start strong with$20–$22/hour + commission
on every lead that turns into a sale.
