Pilates Addiction is looking for motivated University of Denver students to join our in-studio team as Sales Associates. Help us create an exceptional member experience while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fitness, and business development.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome and connect with prospective and current members
- Help prospective members find the right membership for their goals
- Follow up with leads and turn interest into memberships
- Support introductory classes and studio events
- Build relationships with members and create a welcoming studio experience
- Participate in grassroots and community outreach
- Work alongside our instructors and studio leadership team
- Current University of Denver student
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking with people
- Motivated by goals and interested in sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, positive, and willing to take initiative
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or being part of a growing community
- Previous sales or fitness experience is a plus, but not required
- $21/hour base pay
- $10–$25 commission per new membership
, based on monthly sales - +$20 bonus for self-generated prospects who become members
- +$5 conversion bonus for eligible introductory-class conversions
- Additional opportunities through approved community events
