The Opportunity

A well-established, fast-growing fire protection contractor is looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven sales professional to take over an established book of business in the Denver market. This role picks up where a long-tenured, highly successful rep left off, stepping into existing customer relationships in a territory with a strong pipeline of large, varied project work. You'll report directly to the district's General Manager and have real ownership over how you grow your accounts.

What

You'll Do
  • Set and execute sales goals and strategies alongside district leadership
  • Identify and qualify target projects, then build the customer relationships that turn into sales
  • Represent the company in industry associations and the local construction community
  • Develop layouts, estimates, hydraulic calculations, quotations, and proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, contract turnover, and billing handoff
  • Take on project management for the work you sell, including some large, high-profile commercial projects
  • Estimate related service work and smaller projects, including day-work
  • Guide operations team members (design, field superintendents) during project execution
Nice to Have
  • Full-time, based in Denver, CO
  • No formal supervisory responsibility, though you'll guide operations staff on projects you sell
  • A drug screen and background check may be required
About the Company

A well-established fire protection contractor that designs, installs, and services sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial construction. The team is collaborative and entrepreneurial, invests in its people, and takes pride in keeping both customers and employees around for the long haul.
