• Conduct 1:1 consultations with new and returning patients
• Understand patient goals and recommend tailored treatment plans
• Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and financing options
• Build trust and create urgency that leads to confident decision-making
• Collaborate closely with medical teams for seamless patient experiences
• Occasionally travel to support nearby offices as needed
• Have 3-5+ years of successful sales experience (consultative or high-ticket preferred)
• Bonus if you’ve worked in aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness
• Are emotionally intelligent, persuasive, and genuinely patient-focused
