We are looking for a proactive Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will manage the full shipment lifecycle-from quoting customers and securing freight opportunities to carrier management, shipment tracking, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Source and prospect carriers who can consistently operate in the company’s most heavily used lanes
• Build strong relationships with carriers and develop reliable capacity
• Onboard new carriers
• Negotiate rates while maintaining strong service levels
• Cover available shipments and ensure loads are executed successfully
• Work closely with the Track & Trace team and Customer Sales team
• Maintain communication with customers and provide updates as needed
• Update the TMS accurately and as needed
• Make pickup and delivery appointments when required
• Be a strong team player and communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers
• Take ownership of assigned freight and follow through from coverage through execution

• Previous experience in US freight brokerage, logistics,carrier sales, freight operations, or customer operations.
• Strong understanding of truckload transportation and freight brokerage processes.
